Actually no. IIRC, the majority of aliens from the old series are either strange, inhuman monsters (the closest they tend to get to animals are lizard-like) or completely humanoid.

Yeah, I was remembering Muppets from Space when writing that post. It's not a great movie, but I still would not call it bad.
