Maybe? Not every high draft pick is meant to be a high end starter. In Charlotte he was asked to be just that, whereas phx has him coming off the bench where among the backup 5 he's pretty effective.  18-8-6 is really solid, and even from am eye test perspective he looks like a really good fit.
