He put his crimes into his jump logbook? Did I read that right?

And going too fast as well.

The best part of that line in the story is that the “never landed from his jump” hyperlink goes to a story about a skydiving plane that crashed on a Mexican beach.  How that relates to the FBI’s thinking that he “never landed from his jump” is anyone’s guess.  Never change Jalopnik, never change.

and the FBI thinks he may have never landed from his jump”

He seems to have a boat, they’re basically all the same. https://whitemarlinopen.com/registered-boat/2024-tournament/special-situation

You make it sound like the truck driver himself is at fault. Seems to me like that would only be the case if A) he owned the trailer and B) he didn’t properly maintain it. I imagine he’s an employee of the transport company.

And Google directions is not one of those causes here. With no barricades on the road, this could have happened regardless of what directions someone is using.

Maybe it was, and they just Michael Scott’d their way on it anyway

headline should be why an Indian town/region/hwy department didnt baricade a closed bridge. or is google responsible for that?

Rust never sleeps and this is likely to snap in half on a lift.

Not really talking shit. I had 1039 smoothed out slappy hours, kerplunk, dookie, and insomniac. They started going downhill IMO after that. I mean most of the 90s alt/rock/metal bands pretty much started sucking after the 90s.

Only thing with the Bentley is, they hadn’t changed the basic style of their coupe for forever. I mean, literlly the last 20 years, that car has been the same, with some styling/engine tweaks. These were definitely different for Rolls, not that they were a stranger to enormous coupes, but I think they only made these

The seller’s real problem here is depreciation. Phantoms this old just cost this much WITHOUT branded titles because that’s how fast luxury cars de-value. So I could buy this one with unknown, unverifiable damage and an uncertain history, or for a little more (relatively) I could buy this clean one:

Ew, gross. I’m sure if you sprayed that interior with Lumilol the entire thing would be glowing. No wonder they’re trying to sell it on Craigslist.  The irony is delicious.  ND

You spelled “cute” wrong.

I’ll give them this, it is rare to find a clean 4x4, manual, low mileage, F150.  That being said this is just too much money.

I bought a fully loaded 2005 SRX in 2007. I never had a single issue with the vehicle, except for the lower marker light bulb burning out every few months.

I want it just for the throwback rear monitor seats.

Yeah, I know it says it’s in Phoenix and the sun can be rough on things, but this thing does NOT look like you’re trying to sell it for $17k. It doesn’t look obviously dirty, but at the same time not really clean...
