I think most people would enjoy misfiring with Stevie Ray Vaughn

It's probably considered underrated because it follows Low and Heroes, and Scary Monsters is right after it. Almost anything not on their level is going to look weaker by comparison

Scary Monsters would be almost any other band's best album. This one just happened to be David Bowie
