Not worth playing, since the game was mostly built on the Nemesis system and everything else was mediocre. Since this is the second iteration, might as well not waste the time and just play the better game, which I’d expect should be significantly improved. You could argue it’s just another open-world game with giant beasts to slay, Skyrim-y in atmosphere and FFXV-like in feel. Still, the setting is beautiful and unique. Closest thing that comes to mind is Enslaved, another great game. Since the gameplay is nice too, I’d say it’s worth playing.

Oh yeah, the story and characters were mostly shit, with some rare exceptions like RADEC, who got criminally little lines and overall time. Such a fucking badass, like 5 minutes of cutscenes. There were a few other ones who were good just by virtue of not being as offensively dumb as the others.
