What happened to Terry in the comics?

I agree. This is a leftover problem from S1. A lot of scenes can be easily trimmed, as right now we have overly long scenes such as a simple goodbye between two characters taking 5 minutes. They could have easily cut the season from 13 to 10. This is the least of the season’s issues though.

This can only be good for them. They probably will get some cash out of this, and it’s a guaranteed win.

I am not sure about his acting, though. I like him in Into the Badlands, but he’s a bit wooden and can only do action well. Not sure if he has enough charisma to be similar to Indiana.

These are all things you’re convincing yourself can’t be changed, and your logic is flawed a bit. Lucas sucks as a writer and he wrote all of the prequel trilogy, so why do you make it out to be a similar example? Badly written characters? So you expect Superman to kiss Lois in front of a scene of devastation again or

Goyer no longer has anything to do with the DCCU, so not sure why you bring him into this. And just because MoS was the first movie of the ‘series’, doesn’t mean it’s a ‘foundation’ in the same sense you use it in. MoS is in the past; BvS will be its own movie and hopefully will fix some of the issues MoS had (mainly

They cherry-picked things from the comics as inspiration for the movie. If a super-powered alien came to earth and had a grudge match with some other alien, resulting in 20 city blocks being destroyed, how would you react if you were Batman? Extreme caution at best and preparations to take him down at all cost, until

Okay, I’ll be the one to say it - the suit looks silly and doesn’t fit with the rest of these characters. Too bright, no texture, like cheap spandex. The eyes can’t shrink like that unless it’s highest-of-tech, which the rest doesn’t look like at all. Say what you will about TASM2, but that suit was on point. Not

No, it shows they are in a fictional universe where spears may be in use by fictional people in fictional locations. The tone is based on the 20s and 30s adventure/swashbuckling/explorer serials and radio shows.

Yeah, a bit of a dumb article. Were you fishing for clicks?
Lexa’s death was looming for 2-3 episodes now, as soon as she decided to call off the retaliation against Skaikru it was kinda obvious where things were going. I didn’t know the actress was leaving the show for another show, but I half-expected this to happen.

You’re the one who started mouthing off about reading comprehension and wrote an angry essay in reply to an initially calm and coherent comment. I don’t need to get anything through my head. You need to stop being a cunt instead. You may as well stop commenting. I won’t reply to you any further.

What? Learn to make your posts short and coherent instead of rambling on so pointlessly.

Nah, my reading comprehension is fine. Your sentence literally said “This movie will either be very very good or a complete & total shit show.”. You can’t know that, it may end up being just as Man of Steel - overall just about acceptable, with flaws that could have been easily fixed, therefore disappointing people

I agree with you. I know your post didn’t sound like some angry neckbeard crying over a minor detail, but it was a good catch-all post for a lot of similar, but more harshly worded posts on io9. It just happened to be the one reply complaining about cutting a character on this particular topic. I could see your

Yes, because there can never be a middle ground. /s
Man of Steel could have been a legit great movie with a few changes to the script. Goyer is nowhere near this, so chill out and give us your opinion after you’ve seen the movie. The only thing about it I outright hate right now is Jesse Eisenberg’s Luthor, who makes

Sigh.

Saw: I know it’s hip to say it’s not a big deal or a very good movie nowadays, but the final twist in there was great. If you told me now you saw it coming, I wouldn’t believe you. The first movie is a legit classic in its genre.

Thanks for the tip.

Fans will probably mod them in at some point. I’m sure a lot of the high-res content will still be missing, but I’ll take whatever I can.

The randomness aspect and frustrating crafting ensured I won’t even try this game until it’s patched to alleviate some of those issues.
