What do you mean? You can’t reach a bunch of areas without following the proper game path there. You still have to fight a bunch of bosses before you can reach most areas, so you are technically doing the standard thing. You can’t get the Lordvessel if you don’t ring the two bells and go through Sen’s, for example.

I am a huge TES fan as well, but I either missed it or saw an article or two on it which I didn’t really care for. Whoever wants the DLC can buy it, the rest of us can just skip it. Same stance as back then.

Until this happens people can stop being outraged. This dlc is the definition of optional content for people who can spare the 5 bucks and it doesn’t mess with the rest of us. IF they make it worse next time you can complain. Until then no one is forcing you to buy this.
