Oh right, I forgot the Charger splitter is body-colored. Dang.

I love the idea of a bunch of macho guys driving around in Hellcats with pink splitter guards.
It’s honestly really difficult to tell the difference between the new one and the old one, and I’m someone who makes a hobby of noticing tiny differences between cars.
Even if you don’t get arrested, that seems like a surefire way to get your item stolen by some random person before you get back.
The Force Awakens might be my favorite, actually. I wasn’t sure about The Last Jedi when I first saw it, but after a recent rewatch, I like it a lot more. I enjoyed The Rise of Skywalker, although it bothered me that it seemed to be trying to distance itself from The Last Jedi, and some of the plot felt rather rushed.…
USS Brown Brown Brown Brown Brown, a Regular-class floating K-car.
It’s space, there’s no such thing as upside down
Or just an actual Cheeto floating randomly in the ocean.
Another reason he kept the shot was probably because they only had two Mustangs, and one of them had to be kept pristine for the ending, so once the damaged one had hit a pole, that visible damage was there to stay.
I completely agree. I was never all that invested in Star Wars (I didn’t see the original trilogy until I was a teenager, and by that point, I was already deep into Star Trek fandom), and while there are some obvious inconsistencies in all the trilogies, that doesn’t ruin my enjoyment of them because I just don’t care…
Fair enough. I guess that means I’m a bigger Star Wars fan than all of you.
So Chewie is Garth Algar, and the Falcon is the Mirthmobile?
Am I literally the only person who likes all three?
I would have been really disappointed with “just Rey”. I may be the only one, but I really liked that she becomes an honorary Skywalker at the end.
Chewbacca flying an X-Wing
This was a pretty low-budget movie in its day, and the writer/director/star HB Halicki did a lot of the stunts himself. Later in the chase, the Mustang spins out and hits a light pole - not only was he driving the car then, but it wasn’t supposed to hit the pole, and it put him in the hospital. He insisted on using…
That must be why everyone does 20 over the limit here.
That’s true as well. Everyone follows too close, and it bugs the heck out of me. And if you hang back and follow at the appropriate distance, someone will always merge in front of you.
I moved from the US to Canada about 3 years ago, and one of the first things I noticed was that lanes are narrower, parking lots are smaller and speed limits are lower in Canada (although the cars are mostly the same). I don’t think there’s a limit above 90 km/h (55 mph) on all of Vancouver Island. Granted, everyone…
