I think this is one subconscious reason I’ve been putting off seeing Ford v Ferrari. It would be cool to see all that vintage racing action on the big screen, but from what I’ve seen in trailers and reviews, it looks like the sort of movie that portrays rich white guys in the ‘60s being the unapologetic blowhards they

Sadly, that would probably get more people into the theaters than any other change they could make.

One window for each door, rear quarter windows, rear hatch window, sunroof... I count eight windows in total. Where’s #9?

“they sacrifice one of their cat people, who welcomes death (being sent to the Heavyside Layer) because they believe they’ll be reborn as who they always wanted to be, with no explanation of logistics”

Besides that, a lot of the stuff I was “ehhh” on the first time

I tried to watch that episode. It really did suck, and they pretty much set up the EV to fail. They also dubbed gas engine sounds over it.

Vaguely related hot take: Chevy needs to hire a whole new team of designers and bring back the Nova as a retro-styled electric muscle car.
