Chevy interiors seem to be universally crap these days.

I tried to test drive one back when they first came out, and the dealer said all the ones they had coming were already sold. Now they seem to be piling up on the lots. Every Chevy dealer in my area has a few sitting around.

It’s smaller than it looks in pictures. About the footprint of a Sonic but taller.

I don’t think she’s the best in the world at either, but she’s very, very good at both.

Listened to it for the first time today. Not her best album of all time (Red will forever hold that title, to me at least) but the best in a long time, and with some really good (and really timely) songs.

One down, one to go.

Yep, it would make manuals a lot more tolerable in traffic. I do think this is the only way manuals are going to survive in a post-oil world, and I’m OK with that.

It works pretty much like it does in a gas car, except you can start off from a stop without using the clutch. Just step on it and go, and leave the clutch alone except for changing gear.

That looks like a really old conversion, probably done back in the ‘90s. The motor is almost certainly from a forklift.

Except that Rachel was actually a normal human being some of the time. Ross was a flat-out psychopath, and an asshole to boot. Everything wrong with their relationship was because Ross made insanely stupid decisions.

Were Ross and Rachel on a break? Yes.

I’m almost glad he’s getting more and more batshit crazy, and making no secret of it. At least now nobody can pretend they like anything about him.

Something something “the automobile formerly known as Hyundai”

Yeah, it really is. Why not wait another 5 years and call it the 50?

I’m glad you acknowledged the 2010 thing. I loved that movie as a teenager, and upon seeing the headline, my first thought was “Are you insane? That’s exactly what we’ve been warned not to do!”

Congratulations, you’ve made me want one even more. Off to Craigslist...

I always thought these were insanely cool, even though you can’t fit anything in the bed. The idea of a ute is so much better than the actual thing.

I was a kid when the EV1 was available, so no, I didn’t buy one. I do currently drive a Nissan Leaf, which is the closest thing available in the modern day. (And I’m not here to argue semantics, but nobody “bought” an EV-1 - they were lease-only.)

Found the “makes up weirdly specific insults based on random assumptions instead of engaging in meaningful discussion” driver.
