Something tells me the hang over from all of this Tesla flavored Kool-Aid is going to be ugly.

This was my thought exactly. Maybe not right now, but pretty soon.

Time to short it

What I’m wondering is to what extent they can actually spend that preorder money, since it’s all supposed to be refundable. Honest question here, since I don’t really understand business finances. I assume they need to keep some of it liquid, but how much?

For all of 2-3 laps before it was heat soaked and started retarding timing.

Exactly.

This is a last ditch effort to generate more cash to spend before they go belly up. Their burn rate is far too fast.

That was exactly my thought. Red Bull seems to be doing it more and more, where they find something that is just barely over the edge of ignorant and put enough flashy editing and music in for people to think it’s cool. IIRC they went wakeboarding with a tow line through some rice paddies or something not too long ago

Is that huge screen even legal? Isn’t it too distracting??

This is ridiculous.

Looks cramped in the back. Too bad.

Why does the dark grey car on the stage one have different door handles than the other two? It looks like the silver and white cars have a “L” shaped handles while the grey car shares the ones from the Model S. None of the press photos show a Model 3 with Model S door handles so that car might just be an earlier

They have got to give it a grill. I Know it’s pointless but they have got too.

So much stupidity in so little time. Carrying big gulp while about to scale a wall? Check. No helmets? Check. Flip over and don’t turn engine off? Check. Flip over and don’t put on helmets for next attempt? Check. I mean I hate to say I was happy when it broke but I certainly wasn’t sad.

No, two dead dirtbags is a good outcome.

Is it wrong that I care only about the F/A-18?

Or get better tire chains????

“You ask why not a BMW, Mercedes? We want a technology company that builds a car, not a car company that tries to build technology.”

I think you mean “the chains cutting into the carbon kevlar inner car wheel wells” (from picture caption)

Older ones are fucking cool. I am a bit of a watch snob though.
