much ado about nothing

what a great counterargument.

“Got comfortable” and “Begrudgingly accepted the lack of alternatives” are two very different things.

This seems more like a “RPGs of 2023" list than a “Best RPGs of 2023" list.

No

For the most part I enjoyed the characters, but god I hate how the ending all came down to fatalism and time travel bs. Eren essentially used the old chicken and the egg paradox to explain why he had to kill so many people.

Well, personally speaking I’m more inclined to dislike someone who’s clearly exploiting people who have deepseated mental health problems than to dislike the people with those problems, so that’s probably part of it!

It really cannot be said enough: the internet was a mistake.

same stupid tired argument that gets used in gun debates all the time

Yeah, this is just the kind of shit Conan said.

Not saying he didn’t know anything, but it definitely is in line with his usual stuff.

Having watching a lot of Conan (mostly during the Late Night era), I don’t think this indicates that he knew anything about Masterson, just because he’s used this type of line with a lot of guests. It’s possible - it’s not like I could know for sure - but I doubt it given just this clip to go on.

Republicans hate voting rights because so many of their positions are deeply unpopular & inhumane, and can only be enforced by gerrymandering, voter suppression and other dirty tricks.

It’s super frustrating and feels like you have to have your head pretty deep in the sand to not see how to the broader world “they killed Jesus” is used to almost exclusively talk about the Jews. Obviously from context he wasn’t doing that, but maybe we shouldn’t be treating this like a culture war and just accept

Aniston amplified this sentiment when she inserted herself into the conversation after it was reported that she “liked” Foxx’s post.

She opened every Tropes vs. Women video with the same line:

My heart goes out to all The Gamers(tm) that are still trapped in their own personal 9/11s that her videos placed them in for the last 15 years.

A dude on the 4:20 flight to Amsterdam was super hungry? I couldn’t make that up if I tried.

Not enough, he should also have to pay for everyone’s ticket on that plane as well...Better yet, the passengers should have duct tapped him there and kept going. You mess around at 20K feet in the air and you’re getting chocked out.
