Well I guess 1/1 is still technically a fraction. . .

But if they include it then end up paying for the adapter in the purchase cost of the product whether you want it or not. It's not like this stuff is free. You're going to pay for it one way or another.

Apple has spoiled me at this point. I'm way too anal about build quality and a quality display to be able to deal with most other laptop makers. The ones who do get decent enough build quality to make me not want to get all stabby are generally just as expensive.

I feel it would really just affect my ability to play older games. You can rip the video from DVDs easily enough. Blu-Ray is a bit tougher though.

They exist, they'll probably end up costing you $50 or so though. It's also a bit annoying to have to carry dongles around. They tend to get lost and it mars the elegance of the design when you have a bunch of random cords and wires everywhere.

You always know it's a slow news day at the Gawker office when they fallback on the tried and true method of trolling for page-views by posting an editorial so offensively uninformed that it's sure to ride the nerd-rage wave.

Worse yet, some of these seem inappropriate. Like why does the Lannister one have a Budweisery logo? Shouldn't they take after something overpriced, yet foul tasting? Like Heinneken?

I did say 'most' of the other classes. Infiltrators and, to a smaller extent, some of the Sentinels can rely more on weapon damage as well. But for the biotics and engineers weight is a much much bigger consideration so you won't see many of them running around with a Widow or any AR heavier than a Mattock.

Most of the really cool weapons really only shine when you play Soldier. With most of the other classes it's more important to keep your cooldowns as low as possible than to focus on weapon damage.

You don't *need* 2-3 missiles. It really depends on your squad. If you have someone with Warp and something good at stripping shields (an AR, SMG, or someone with overload/energy drain) you can take out Atlases and Brutes and Primes without missiles. It takes a while, but it can be done.

It looks like they hadn't yet come up with the eagle motif though.

Congratulations?

For one, sex >> masturbation. And—while this is probably TMI—as a guy, masturbating really just tamps down your horniness, it doesn't slake the impulse for long. In fact, the only thing that really mutes your sex-drive when you're not getting any, at least in my experience, is really intensive exercise. That's just me

1.) I always thought an aquiline nose was supposed to be a compliment.

Nah they've just got the wrong technique. I heard that all you need to do is the following:

I think I mentioned in that other discussion that men also have to grapple with unreasonable and conflicting standards when dating too. The big difference is that while women are bombarded with messages telling them they're not good enough and can be better, men generally get no guidance at all so low-status guys are

That's the point. Nobody is going to log into an auction house if there are 10,000 individual health pots selling at $0.30 each for every item worth buying. The nominal fee keeps gold farmers and bots from flooding the AH with low-value crap so that it preferentially gets used by real people.

Yeah the lesson game devs will take from the ME3 ending fiasco is going to be "Do not, under any circumstances, take creative risks with your story-telling. Spell everything out, give them a happy ending that they can 'win,' and wrap it all up with a nice little bow."

The other problems with video-games, though, is that they're all dumb in pretty much the same way. It's one violent adolescent male power-fantasy after another.
