I know. What I am saying is best case is you rush it in (or pass it in if you believe this wasn't a stupid risk) and all you leave NE with is :20, so their (NE, as they are now down 3) best case is a game tying FG to send to OT, since they don't have time for more than 2-3 plays.

Exactly. A slant route into traffic, where it can get batted up or deflect in a weird way, is the single worst call you can make. Roll Russ out, run a cross, run a fade with Matthews who is a giant. Literally any other pass call is better than that slant. Just brutal.

Steve Young is the only talking head that I've heard who has correctly taken Russell Wilson to task for the throw; had to be back shoulder once you see Butler flashing under.

Are you insane? You wanna pass, fine... I LITERALLY can't think of a more dangerous throw to make than that one. Throw a fade, throw a corner, throw to the back of the endzone... literally, ANYTHING else

This sounds a bit like a Boston fan trying to make it seem more like a Pats win than a Seahawks loss

you and every mother fucker on the planet

Pretty sure a thousand people are about to blast you for overreacting, but I'm thinking you might be right.

Yes.

Worse call in the history of sports. Period.

Worst play call in NFL history?

Run. The. Goddamn. Ball. From. The. 1.

That was the most stupid play selection ever. 3 downs, 3 yards and a timeout and you throw it into double coverage.

I wish someone would call that dumb shit out for his Vandy rape case article two days ago where he had such gems as:

But he still hasn't said "I'm sorry, I was wrong."

It's also funny that Lynch—whose terse relationship with the media and NFL management has become one of the most bizarre storylines of the past season—talks up a storm during the clip. If Seattle winds up winning the Super Bowl, Nintendo better get him to do some Mario Kart promos real quick.

The difference is you can get a job, football is their job... and it doesn't pay them.

All this talk from sports media about Marshawn Lynch being a problem is a bunch of hot air, and this Clueless Gamer segment is the proof. The only people Marshawn Lynch has a problem with are sports media. Period. Outside of them, he comes across as a normal, happy-go-lucky dude.

My god, it's like someone asked him a question about it directly and he would be fined if he didn't show up to be asked to provide comments!

And why in hell shouldn't he comment? He's a smart man with opinions, why shouldn't he share them?
