I think it is worth mentioning that they are burning through cash because they are building factories in China, Germany and Texas so they can build more cars to meet demand. It would be stupid not to raise more cash by selling more stock while the price is as high as it was. Companies do this all the time.

You are 100% correct. Every time a 4C has gotten mentioned on this site there are multiple comments from people stating that they didn’t buy the car because it didn’t have a manual. I’m sure it hadn’t nothing to do with the sticker price of the car being three times higher than what they could afford. 

I think it is worth mentioning that the 124 crushed the Miata in Car and Driver’s Lightning Lap competition. I don’t think they’ve tested the Mazda’s yet.  We should see those results in a couple of months.
