This photo was taken on Monticello Avenue in Oakland. More info in this post to the Oakland History group on Facebook.
I’m sure *this* has been asked before, but when are we gonna get Season 2?!?
The movie still is misidentified as being from The Italian Job, even though you’ve linked to the correct movie title (Gumball Rally).
Just to clarify and go completely off-topic, the Nissan Foreign Car van in the picture above is a Ford, not a Chevy.
Why the h__ would somebody order from the drive-through and then sit in the parking lot to eat the meal? The whole point of the drive-through is so that you can keep on driving while you eat, or bring the food back to your home or office. If you’re going to sit at the KFC and eat, why not just eat inside the building?
I’ll bet that was put up as part of a prop for a movie being filmed on the Interstate. You can check Google Street View here: https://goo.gl/4GKmyd and here: https://goo.gl/CVJgXK to see that the billboard was completely blank in 2007, and has had lots of ads since that time.
There was also the 1959 Eureka Cadillac ambulance designed after the vehicle I used to own: http://simpsons.wikia.com/wiki/1959_Cadi… and http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_62553-…
Yep — That's my pic of the prototype. Nice spotting!
