God, seriously, thank you.

It's certainly lacking there. I was just left with an overall impression of…flatness. In a week, I won't remember it. You know?

I loved the book, too, but I saw this a few nights ago and…I kind of thought it killed everything Dahl-esque about the story. Dahl stuff is just a little deviant humor-wise, just in its general approach…. This lacks that entirely, though it has some lovely moments.

A freaking men!

Thats almost as good as my ex, who thought into her 30s that "Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top was "Shy Best Man." When I showed her the video, she spluttered, "See, he's getting all dressed up to be the best man at a wedding - he needs their help because he's shy and—well, damn, fine, you were right…."

I'm sorry to laugh at your pain, but "Unfortunate Autocorrect of Ducktales" made me want to register that as a user name.
