Legally they aren’t responsible. There’s also a real limit on what they can do or even should do when the real work needs to be done by moderators in each chat room. Those are the people who are in the best situation to judge when someone has crossed the line. Admittedly that’s going to be a problem for streams with a

Twitlonger exists. Got exposed to that back when Total Biscuit would post long responses to comments.

That hits on my main problem with EGS. I love the Borderlands franchise and play it both as a single player and as a co-op player. I don’t want to see the co-op player base split between two platforms so I’ve decided to wait till the game comes to Steam. That’s also where I think the larger co-op player base will be ,

That’s exactly what I’ve been doing. I just use the main gun (the mouse button) to stop the fast moving aliens since a single hit slows them down.

While I know criminals don’t tend to be the brightest of individuals you would think the guy would have taken a look in the mirror with the bag over his head to see if he could be identified. Obviously he didn’t do that.

Will there be another update now that Zotac America has come out supporting Larva and stating that Zotac China should not have put out those blog messages?

I think the problem is the people that Pewdipie spends his time with. He is going to be exposed to that sort of language a lot thanks to his fan base. People tend to pick up on what they hear so he will pick up on the language even if he really thinks it is wrong. I know that when the N word got a lot of pickup in the

I don’t think anyone would complain about devs preventing Pewdiepie from using their games to produce new content. The issue in trying to retroactively remove permission for videos that were already produced/uploaded. That’s something that I don’t think is legal.

I disagree with you on their rights to file a DMCA. Pewd had permission to post the video and didn’t break any copyright laws so the dev. has no right to file a DMCA claim against an old video. The developer can prevent Pewdiepie from posting future videos based on their games but you can’t retroactively remove that

LOL. Age of Empires 3. I spent a lot of time playing around with those data files. Having the ability to build hundreds of towers and then seeing how the AI handled it (and they would handle it well if you didn’t bring additional armies to the fight) made for many more hours of fun after I finished the original

If you give yourself lots of money in an online game and then spend that money aren’t you impacting the online economy? Maybe if you are the only one the impact won’t be noticed but if a number of people follow your example that is likely to screw up the economy for people that don’t have a lot of money already. At

Don’t think they’ve patched. It’s just that some systems will have issues and some won’t. TB was one of the unlucky ones but at least the warning is out there about the potential for performance issues so holding off on a purchase for a week or two isn’t a bad idea. If you do buy the game and run into issues quit the

Of course it is. I could see the guy sending women requests for a date or something like that but I can’t ever see a situation where sending a request like that is going to be acceptable unless you are already in a sexual relationship with that person. Just ‘sliding into someone’s DMs’ and turning the conversation to

What are you supposed to do in that situation? Seem like even going out on foot results in you having an advantage since you can probably shoot people through what should be walls, but if you didn’t do that you couldn’t kill the other players because you don’t know where the windows are. Makes banning people for

Perhaps the question should be ‘Would Snaktaku enjoy eating this?’

While the game as sold on Steam has it’s issues, if you get the Gentlemen of the Row mod the Steam version plays fine. The problem is the game shipped dependent on a CPU clock of 3.2GHz. With a faster clock the cars become uncontrollable. With the Gentlemen of the Row mod that problem is fixed. I guess GOG fixed that

Hopefully Volition is going to follow through on the rumors and return to something like what they had in SR2 when they release Saints Row 5. The super powers are nice but it’s hard to build a good story around them.

Yep, my local Publix still carries the Wasabi Ginger chips and I’ll pick up a bag on occasion. Never saw the other three from 2014.

I figured they had done a bit of photoshopping as the face just did not look real.

Everyone working at the contractor knew. I doubt they pointed it out to anyone outside of the contractor and since the people outside of the artists would have been dealing with the low-res images, none of them would notice.
