I'm glad they're keeping the cast, but I think they need to do a lot more with Paul Britten and Jay Pharoah to demonstrate their value to the show.  I am especially unconvinced about Jay.  I can seldom tell who his impersonations are intended to convey, and his characters are goofy rather than funny.  They need to…
