I haven’t seen the ep myself, as I’d rather go to MY barbershop and chop it up than to watch other people get haircuts, but I read some comments on here, as well as on social media, and it seems like an important conversation is occurring.

There was a video on this site last year I believe, of a gay latino berating a Lyft or Uber driver (black) for some music related dispute, and the passenger was using the N word quite liberally, and using Trumps name to threaten the black driver. 

Uh...that’s their point? That just because the person is potentially LGTBQ doesn’t preclude them from being a racist ass?

It would definitely help if people outside of the LGBTQ space would sit down and actually absorb some of the culture and communities. A lot of allies are just like “I support you, okay bye!” and then miss out on all the complex stuff.

The thing to understand about prestigious universities is that they want their students to succeed. The pressure on professors/instructors to pass/assign excellent grades to their students is tremendous, because if a bunch of students fail, what does that say about the excellence of the university?
