If all else fails, Lauren has a promising future as a wedding cake baker. Showtopper designs and so-so flavors (is she America'South Frances Quinn??). Her cake was adorable though.

Hulu has an extended version of this episode and it is gold. Pour a little out for our homie Charlie. …

I'm sorry but I loved this episode. Between Diane's court ordered therapy and cupcake licking, Ruby's Sunday outfit and the Black church service timer, I howled. My grandfather was a Black Baptist minister so much of the episode felt like a hilarious walk down memory lane. Sha-na-na!

I'm sorry but was not a favorite for me. The Cisco-Joe Roadshow was great but the Everyman story was just sloppy. A lot of my irritation is probably due to so much Eddie and Iris screentime but the handling of the case was just awful. This was at best a C+ and that's thanks to Cisco's usual greatness and the last 90
