Speaking of the late 90's, Allison Janney was on Arsenio Hall tonight. They talked about how awesome The West Wing was. Then out of no where, she busts out a reprise performance of 'The Jackal', quite possibly one of the most memorable scenes in the entire series. It was like going back in time 15 years, and it was

No. On so many different levels.

I love you.

The ladies of The Good Wife, the West Wing, and Scandal have been all over this shit for years.

She plays Alan Cumming's ex-wife turned some sort of local politician on The Good Wife. It is fun and amazing but not nearly a large enough role.

I read this too quickly and thought it said, 'Janel Moloney', and was all, "Well, good for you, Donna Moss! Get yours, Donna Moss!"

This has Effie Trinket written all over it.

My reaction exactly! Is that.... Condi? Well, okay, cool then. Why the hell not?

So I met this really good looking guy at the bar last weekend, and we really hit it off. Chatted all night. He texted me and we ended up meeting for a date this week. Once again, chatted for hours, had a great time, and ended the night with a brief make out. And 4 days later.... no word from him. I texted him

I feel like they overlooked the obvious Sorkin jabs.

And Shonda jokes would have been so easy to throw in there. Scandal and Grey's definitely have a distinctive soapy style.

The actor who plays Toby (Richard schiff?) mentioned on twitter recently hat he thinks Toby was secretly the leak to cover up for CJ in the final seasons. I choose to accept this reality.

His scenes with allison janney were always hilarious because she is 6 feet tall, and wore heels.

Fictional press secretary/HBIC CJ Cregg has something to say about this 'scandal'.

It reminds me of the chapter in Living History, where Hillary Clinton explained how naming 'Buddy' was like a full-scale policy discussion that apparently had huge implications. They settled on 'Buddy' because it was decided to be the most neutral.

I just started watching The West Wing (I was young when it first aired), and oh man, I'm all about CJ Cregg. She is my lady hero. Somehow manages to be the most talented in the cast both dramatically and comedically.

Seriously though, GTFO of here, Leathers.

Oh yeah, I don't think Sam would be a great host. though I must say I think her and Jessica Williams (that is her name right?) have a great thing going. I think Jessica fits in perfectly.

I was surprised by how much I enjoy Oliver, I just find him a lot more fun. I find myself laughing out loud a lot more with Oliver. Stewart had gotten a bit silly, going off on bizarre, meandering physical comedy stuff (thinking like drinking something and it's gross). I always found it distracting when he would
