Same here. I lost 20 pounds before anyone noticed, I'm 5'9".

I was told by my vet that wet food is a supplement to kibble if your kitty doesn't drink a lot of water. My little girl doesn't drink a lot and I was worried about her kidneys, so she gets about half a teaspoon of wet a day mixed in with her kibble. All in moderation, I suppose.

This is all I was hoping for as well.
