Does this read to anybody else as if Shalhoub is really sick of all the questions about Monk, while the interviewer just keeps going on and on about it?

Dro completely ignoring ALL of Molly’s boundaries are a huge red flag. Like I get that they have a friendship going way back BUT even if they weren’t having sex and she told him she needed boundaries - dude should have listened. I got an upsetting vibe from the whole storyline.
Her vacation boo goes “I’m from Cleveland” when he asks if they can meet in LA and she asks if he has a visa.
I would love a Monk/Psych crossover.
They need to do one sometime.
Molly and Dro had a pretty strong friendship going back to childhood so I find it hard to believe that she’d expect him to accept her terms so easily. When she asked him to choose I dont think he truly understood he’d be losing her friendship by choosing sex. I’m actually kinda surprised it was that easy for her but I…
So so glad it’s back!! Issa and Yvonne’s chemistry really is something else.
At a certain point, I find myself flummoxed about how to work the funny bits into the review without it feeling like overkill, and I hate to add but so many Stray Observations, since I already feel like I’m adding too many as it is. That said, both of those things were in my notes!
I had no idea about the show’s renew status and all that, I hope things works out.
Unless you’re a Nielsen person, watching on Hulu is probably (very slightly) better for the show.
If I am getting into a fight at 45 (and probably accidentally becoming a viral video “Fat white dad knocks himself out”) it will only be something related to the munchkin.
Right...some White dude jumped in my wife’s face at a basketball game and got choked until they could get me off him. So at 45 that adult fight was cool with me
I know there are institutional racism reasons for Black people not swimming, but I really see it as a life skill and think folks should make every effort to learn. I love to be in the water and I’m a very good swimmer, but even if I didn’t like the water, I think knowing how to conduct yourself safely in water is…
so i made a mistake. instead of a medium rare steak (which i’ve eaten) i meant rare (which i will not). carry on.
If you do try beets, put a note in the bathroom reminding yourself, so you don’t panic in the morning.
Considering the 9 black people who died in that boating trip last month and the 6 teens in Louisiana a few years back who died one-by-one trying to save the other, but none of them could swim, i’d consider learning to swim.
2. Learn how to swim
8. Eat a medium rare steak
5. can still happen if somebody messes with my baby girl...5 to 50....
Yeah, it would be a shame if this became a one-good-season show. Let’s hope they don’t fuck it up.
Just because someone wants to kill you doesn’t mean they don’t love and admire you.
