Sweet Pea became my low-key favorite character this episode. “Woo! Fuck yeah, real school! I’m gonna wear a turtleneck!”

Ah, this show, always a mile a minute.

Ugh—agreed on all of this, and you still didn’t mention that it looks like indeed they aren’t done with the Black Hood (yeah, the reveal was lame and never added up, but any good soap knows when to simply drop a storyline).

Just so much in this episode was, blah. Two prostitutes (one who I guess likes her work and one

Counter-theory: Plaza and Black are both very talented performers.

What?! No Father Brah quote in ‘stray observations?’

Between the sperm song, Paula’s “first penis she ever saw” and now Hot Guys Have Problems I shudder to imagine what my neighbors think of me and my media tastes.

Few things. Vincent Rodriguez’s body is insane, I had no idea who much I needed him in a tiny black speedo til today.

I’m ready for the “Nathaniel explores his sexuality with White Josh” storyline to happen.

Also, Chidi never makes fun of Eleanor despite her ignorance, and he is surprisingly jacked!

He’s very attractive and Chidi is sweet, he just needs some therapy and a steady dose of anti anxiety drugs.

Your single-mindedness in the Eleanor/Tahani ‘shipping makes the world a brighter place

I’m thinking that they can make it in, but then their arrival sets off a chain of chaotic events in the real Good Place that nobody could have foreseen.

predictions: they make it to the judge and get adjudicated by the end of the season (because The Good Place moves so damn fast).

I’ve had people wonder why I’m attracted to Chidi. First, William Jackson Harper is a handsome dude and a terrific actor. Second, Chidi is smart, compassionate, and loyal, if super-irritating at times. I feel like that slow dance validated my attraction.

Better Off Ted was a little shakier from episode to episode but that was a stellar cast that clicked incredibly well.

There are three shows that, for me, are on par.
Review, Better off Ted , and the first seasons of Modern Family were brilliant. I would like Veep more if it didn’t become reality.

I loved The Grinder. Nathan for You is brilliant. That Andy Daily show I didn’t watch, but seems quite beloved by some. The first couple seasons of Modern Family were genuinely hilarious (as easy as that is to forget, watching it now).

Okay I felt the Eleanor-Chidi chemistry in this one. Them slow dancing to ‘Unforgettable’ was electric. Though with Chidi not able to return her feelings, and Tahani breaking up with Jason, pretty much all the pairings are back on the table now (fingers crossed for the insane hotness of Eleanor-Tahani...)

I have no idea why, but that was also my first thought when I read the headline. Tim Meadows needs more work dammit! He’s consistently a joy even in subpar fair like Son of Zorn (Which I liked for what it was)
