These incidents are traumatic and have life long affects on our babies.

I mean, allegations of cheating aside, it’s pretty damn rude to be driving down the hole while the rest of your group is teeing off.

You’re right. It is a crock. I no longer give a flip because, like you, I was unfairly dinged when i had cancer. This system stinks.

Man, when it rains, it pours (pun not intended). I’m glad you were eventually able to get out from under them. Credit is dumb.

Thanks - it was horrible at the time. Fortunately I met someone who was a great support to me and I was able to work really hard and sacrifice and get everything paid off over 5 years. We bought a house together a couple of years ago and my score is above 800 (allegedly) - but my experience with the credit agencies

I would add that the credit agencies take punitive and false reports from lenders as gospel. When I was negotiating a short sale with my mortgage lender for an underwater apartment mortgage, the bank ran a hard pull on my credit twice a month. They continued to do this even after I had paid off the mortgage (with a

That’s cruel. I hope you’re doing better now

I had a hard time in 2008 - went through a divorce, apartment under water and I’m going broke trying to pay two mortgages, credit cards, etc. - basically trying to do the right thing.

The system makes money FROM us by selling our information, correct or incorrect, whether we like it or not. You can’t opt out. You’re in there and as we saw recently, if your info gets stolen, oh well! If it’s incorrect, oh well. YOU fix it through a klugey process. I love how the bureaus take info from lenders as

There is the ideal and there is reality. You can work to move the world towards the ideal, but you still need to live with reality.

When I left Comcast for Fios, I turned in my equipment. Comcast notified the credit bureaus and then put me in collections BEFORE contacting me. I figured it by getting the info from a credit bureau. Called Comcast but they already “sold” me to a collection agency. Turns out they wanted $100 for the cable modem I

Being late on a $2.00 balance when you’ve literally paid hundreds of thousands of dollars off on time is not an indicator of how likely you are to default on debt.

Your credit score indicates your liklihood of defaulting on a debt. Why do you think that someone defaulting on a debt shouldn’t be included in that score? If someone doesn’t repay debts in full and on time, they are less credit worthy. That’s just applying the definition of credit worthy.

Yeah, between not having a lot of muscle (because he’s a pillow-soft diaper baby who has never lifted anything heavier than a Big Mac in his entire life) and bone loss from being old as shit, I guess I would not be surprised if his actual dimensions are pretty close to the reported figures.

It’s an obvious tell that he’s one pound shy of the number that would classify him as obese according to the chart. I’m confident that they shaved the number down from whatever it is to 239.

He probably has no muscles under his flab because he’s elderly and very sedentary. Dude needs to start walking the course. Given the amount of golf that fucker plays, he should be in shape in no time.

I’ll buy that he might be 6'3", but there’s no way he’s under 270. I’m 4 inches shorter and supposedly 30 lbs heavier, and I don’t look as blown out and flabby as the president, and I’m flabby as fuck! You put that fucker on a scale on national TV and maybe I’ll believe it.

This. He’s a hateful and malicious asshole...who is now losing his mind.
