True, but Hannibal is the one that specifically has the spectrum detective character do exactly what the Dean was asking Abed to do before he went into his speech. Sherlock and Elementary fit the bill, but fit in less with the tone of the episode (especially in terms of the color scheme they filmed with).

To be fair, it's actually not at all riffing on CBS procedural. The
whole "using social disorders as procedural concepts" is actively making
fun of Hannibal (where the main character has asberger tendencies and
"total empaphy" so he can "put himself in the mind of the killer" which
is what Abed's speech was
