I think the issue is that M either made their own base and effed it up or that they used pigments not meant for nail polish and both together had a reaction.

Someone mentioned that they could use a different base which had a reaction with the neon pigments which caused a high increase of formaldehyde in the nail polish which can seriously damage your nails. It should be mentioned that there are two kinds of indie brands: indies that mix their nail polish themselves and indie brands that use a certified lab to produce them like ILNP and A England do for example.
