Yeah, this week's and next's were supposed to go back-to-back

Parks is currently NBC's highest-rated comedy that isn't The Office. At this point, a full sixth season is a lock. I'd be shocked if it didn't get at least a short seventh.

Parks has weirdly seemed to do way better at 8:30 then at 9:30. Even last season, its ratings sunk when it got bumped to the post-Office slot.

Which is actually kind of a problem. A ton of their writers are leaving next year and the show, while still good, has been generally more hit-or-miss and less fresh than it was in S2 and S3. I was hoping Parks would avoid turning into a zombie show like The Office, but at this point, yeah, it's conceivable it could

I really liked S3, and S4 and S5 were still enjoyable. But part of me likes to imagine that the show ended after S2. I don't think it ever topped Casino Night. (Jim and Pam actually getting together was nowhere near as powerful.)

It really doesn't feel that strange without Ben and Chris. There was a new dynamic, but the show was already firing on all cylinders before they got there. I watch S2 a lot, and it feels just as fresh as ever.

No mention for "I was sleeping with Jenna all throughout Season 3"?

Yes - it didn't make a lot of sense, unless their bachelor party started at like 3pm.

Sort of agree… I did enjoy this one, mainly because it had lots of great jokes throughout. But yeah, the guys' plot strained credibility and was almost like a throwback to '80s or '90s sitcoms when it would suddenly turn out that the main characters were cousins of some jazz great or BFFs with an NBA star.

IDK, last season it did worse after The Office than it did at 8:30.

It's sort of a bizarre move - because NBC went ahead and ordered a full 22 episode season without a pilot even being filmed.

He wanted to connect the line to Prince Rupert, BC, which is an ice-free, deepwater port, making it into a major shipping port (since it's one-day closer to Asia than the other Pacific ports).

Wait, so are they ALSO showing new episodes of HE and Bitch on Tuesdays at their old spots?

Parks is in some ways the luckiest survivor of the NBC comedies. Community's ratings were never that bad until last season, and even then it got renewed for syndication purposes.

IMO, 30 Rock Seasons, from best to worst:

The internet, huh? That thing still around?

I'd say there's actually a pretty good chance it'll get a full season order for next year, and then a final 13-episode 7th season à la 30 Rock.
