I actually have had some hopes for Animal Practice. Yes, it's ridiculous, but it has a bunch of Community and Happy Endings alums working on it and it has the potential to turn into a zany and absurd little show.

They aren't - they're just debuting it after MF this week. Next week, it'll drop down to the 8:30 spot and Suburgatory will take the 9:30 spot.

They already are - they already made a 22-episode order for a Michael J. Fox sitcom, even without seeing a pilot.

I know it probably violates some iron-clad network rules, but I really wish NBC would flip The Office and Parks' timeslots. I'm not sure the numbers would be any worse, and they might even grow Parks' share somewhat.

Technically though hitting syndication increases the odds it stays on beyond this season barring a huge ratings collapse. (And 1.7 is consistent with how it did most of last season.)

Eh, what this mainly means is that Up All Night is dead and likely won't get a back nine. It was already going to be the last season for The Office and 30 Rock.

Adam Scott has a pretty hot wife, though.

There was a funny deleted scene from earlier this season - I think "Campaign Shakeup," which showed Ron and Chris interviewing possible temps for Leslie's job - and Ron and Chris instantly screen out a woman named Tamara.

Early word is the pilot is dire, but I still have some hopes for it, provided it lasts long enough based on nothing more than the talent involved – Russo Bros. are directing, the showrunner is a Happy Endings writer, etc.

With Parks I just think of the talking heads as the characters breaking the 4th wall, nothing more.
