I like your very optimistic view, but I’m not so sure about it. Values are still being passed on to the next generation. Especially religious ones. Which, in my view, are the worst. Raising children as catholic, or jewish, or muslim, should be illegal. And at that age unfortunately, stuff has a tendency to stick.

Other companies in the United States - primarily tech companies - have tried various types of peer review systems. The ones that work best are the ones that focus only on praise and positive feedback.
