This rule is stupid and demeaning. Which black guy is gonna take the interview knowing he’s not getting the job and he’s just a puppet to help fulfill a teams obligation to a rule that makes them not look racist?

Can someone explain to me why this is a big deal? I have no problem removing my hat or kippa for a second at security.
