How was everyone’s thanksgiving? Mine was good, though I’m still sick, so I just ate rolls. It was really nice to see my family, though, especially the kids. The big thanksgiving celebration in my family is tomorrow.

That sucks! Not getting enough good, restful sleep just makes everything so much harder. I’m sure you’ve tried everything that I would recommend, so I’ll just say I hope it gets better. Both the sleep and the anxiety.
