The most grueling and diabolical street circuits are now defunct. Remember Baltimore? Indy Sao Paulo? How about the original Detroit USGP circuit or both layouts of the Grand Prix Americas Downtown Miami circuit? I know about Monaco and Le Mans, so I’d like to see a list of the best forgotten venues.
