If you want him to quit, call him bald. Get the media talking about his hair plugs, and he will unravel.

Let’s incessantly ask him for his birth certificate, proof that he doesn’t have a death certificate / is not some reanimated dervish of hair and generic Viagra, and his tax returns for the last 10 years.

I totally agree with the one worry that he might not debate. How does she handle it if he just sits there and slings insults while she tries to have a debate? But yeah I dearly hope she utterly destroys him it'll be glorious.

I do, why quit when you’re a dead cert to win?

It seems ironic to me that Trump has been whining about unfair treatment from a judge in the “uni” trial that delayed the trial until after the election and has not thrown Trump’s ass in jail for contempt of court. Maybe a lawyer can chime in here, but seriously, wouldn’t someone other than Trump been thrown in jail

Oh definitely. If Trump were the quit, the resulting chaos would severely compromise the GOP’s ability to run a decent campaign for whoever they put up in his place. Obviously, the earlier it happened the better the chance they’d have to recover, but it’d be pretty devastating no matter what.

Best if he quits on Oct. 31.

No, he’s going to quit within his first year in the Oval Office. So pay very close attention to the person he chooses as his running mate, because that will be the President we actually have to live with.

Johnson dropped out of the primary process in like March of 1968 and Bobby Kennedy was assassinated right after winning the California primary, literally that same night (winning would have pretty much teed him up for the nomination). The convention was a disaster. Eugene McCarthey had the most delegates, but the

Why does it scare you? For me, the possibility of his being elected president is what’s scary. Anything that could prevent this happening could only be good? Now you’re making me nervous. :)

I’ve been saying this from day one. Winning the presidency would simply be another notch on his ego belt and the culmination of a bar bet gone horribly wrong. If I were a betting woman, I’d say he’ll accept the nomination and THEN - a month or so later - he’ll say that some overwhelming circumstance beyond his control

In his defense, the resolution is so shitty about the only part of that image which is legible is “New Haven Yacht Club”

One of his press flunkies said his VP pick would be like the CFO or CTO, the guy who runs things, while Trump would be the guy who guys on golf outings and charges booze, hookers, and alcohol on the company account to make deals. I don’t think being President would be an issue with him.

Not yet. They need to hold off until at least after the convention.

Oh I’m positive he’s not releasing his tax returns because

Exactly. He’s like a spoiled brat.

This clown show should have ended 8 or 9 months ago. It’s mind boggling that he is going to be the nominee when he did all of the “right” things to end his campaign. I blame his moronic followers more that Trump, who is open about being a scum bag.

I always kind of suspected that he’d bail the moment things got too tough for him. He’s just managed to get this far because everybody’s been too easy on him.

A narcissist like him will never back down even if everything is in flames. It would mean he would have to admit he was wrong and he will never admit that. The U.S. is stuck with him until the convention, unless a candidate makes a last minute backroom coup...

Don't get my hopes up. His ego is too massive to let him quit at this point, especially with him polling so well against Hillary.
