Don’t tip, require better (livable) minimum wages. Tipping system is lobbied by the restaurant industry as it’s cheaper than normal minimum wage like in the rest of the developed world has. They went their merry way ages ago, just look at the hacking problem. Their fix was to add a text at start of GTA online that they fixed hacking, tried it two weeks ago and it’s still full of hackers. They couldn’t care less for the customers.
