The “optimization” is made to sell more/newer graphics cards. It lowers FPS on everything but 1080Ti and titan V (and next gen gpus). Nvidias getting cocky as AMD failed to really challenge them in the GPU market (for gamers).

Haven’t crashed once on 4 core, constantly crashes on 6 core. I bet denuvo is to blame.

Never buy full price AAA games and use russian sites so they get as little as possible. Also use GOG as primary gaming platform, only place you own your games.

Was going to say the same thing. Have to add that they will sell the game to you again and again as re-releases so they have to make them rentals so they can do it, no one would buy the same game again on PC if not forced, just raise resolution and the old one is as good as the re-release.
