I’ve heard that if you give an Uber driver a 3-star rating that you’re basically giving them a 1-star rating. If they drop below like a 4-star average rating then they can be fired. Doesn’t really make a whole lot of sense. That’s like failing a student if they have less than a B.

That’s ridiculous. You’re paying a fair, reasonable amount to have somebody drive you from point A to point B. There is absolutely no reason to expect chauffeur-level service, so don’t calibrate you five-star-o-meter to it.
