For Tracer I actually turned up my sensitivity (PS4) in order to keep up with my blinks. With how difficult it is to aim when you’re Tracer in the middle of a fight, I just decided to prioritize mobility rather than harassment damage.
Since console players can’t rotate as fast I have a pretty good time mixing people…
