agreed, I was in the same boat as you and most times I do feel Video Games is just another escape, like anyone could do with almost anything. At the VERY basic level, people will do the activity that they enjoy. If it also accomplishes the goal of avoiding something you don’t enjoy, well it’s easy to see how that

you won’t get it until you try it honestly.

I try to maintain a fairly high athleticism so that I can keep playing sports, and I’ve only recently put flexibility as a regular part of my training but it has made things... “easier” overall. But my sport requires a fair bit of flexibility in order to be comfy.

Yeah, no.

Foam rolling is just another form of massage. If you do it with accepted techniques in mind you’ll do wonders to stop a clicking joint or relieve tendinosis pain from trigger points etc

I have a bone to pick here.

Why do people use non-push brooms, as a push broom? I’m talking about something like this

cloth is just flat rope, go throw and old tshirt over a bar and just TRY to tear it. Bet you it’s gonna be pretty hard

pointing a fan at the hanging cloth will dry it much faster

Asian-American dude here, never been to a cookout

What’s the top 5 non-black races that get invited?

wow, my roommate has a powerlifting meet coming up and asked just this question yesterday lol.

I had assumed it was a crush grip he mainly needed, but when I asked him “when your grip fails at the deadlift, which parts usually go first?” and he said “the pinkies”.

I guess I assumed that since people can get a full wrap

I’ve been injured on the job from repetitive motion injuries. I got better, but the other day doing a set of pull-ups my left forearm flared up and was basically useless for the rest of the day. I blasted it with ibuprofen, bengay, and CBD. It makes me worry for anyone seriously pursuing forearm strength. Your hands

How come people forget about grip strength?

Because it’s not a “peacocking” muscle people build, and is boring to work on. I’ve been at a climbing gym for almost 2 years and something like 20% of us use the grip specific tools/training, and an even smaller number do it regularly.
Most of us just practice the sport and

so you wash your mechanics in addition to the body, ay?

Also, a clean car performs better, is easier to notice problems and damage on, and is easier and more pleasant to work on.

^ this is Stan. He doesn’t make mistakes.

How about... they raise speeding ticket fines with the raised speed limit?

just an idea

Seems like most people using it aren’t going for a cool visual effect, they’re just trying to induce seizures (and rage) in mundane crap.

bills

for a thing that is probably 90% covered by my phone nowadays

Breaking news: we’re all faking it until we make it, adults included

Throughout my childhood, I was always a late sleeper and had trouble getting out of bed.

Now, after a few years of a set work schedule, I can’t really sleep in past 7 or 8 on my days off. One of the biggest things that’s helped me is using one of those alarm clocks that simulate a sunrise. (Philips wake up light, i

I prefer to log my workout in my google calendar since i already use that to organize my time. I like being able to see and edit it from my phone or any other thing connected to the internet.

as for details I usually just log my RPE(with notes on how it felt, IE: still feeling burnt from last session, light workout day)
