Oh definitely, my stay in Japan showed me how popular drinking was. I won't lie though, we also smoked some of that green while there, which really surprised me. Not complaining, but it did catch me off guard that they had some.

I do have to say though, that my Japanese host sister and her friends knew how to party (i.e. drink and smoke da reefer.) The Japanese probably aren't too much different from us when it comes to drugs.

T-mobile has gotten a little bit better in Wisconsin, I can only assume from some AT&T spectrum they may have acquired. That said, coverage is very spotty in Kenosha and can not get through buildings. Coverage in Chicago is pretty fantastic though.
