“On Average”

One issue is that for ‘deliveries’ hauling an shipping container around isn’t going to be at all efficient if you only are dropping off 1/10th of it.

And so many more mainstream views and coverage than anything else that happens in NASCAR.

Elon is reminding me of Henry Ford. When I first learned about Henry, he was an amazing innovator who created the assembly line and paid his working a high wage. Way to go Henry! Then I found out he thought the Nazis were on the right track with fascism. And that he published and distributed worldwide an astonishingly

I’m seeing far more of these on the road than I thought I would, here in KC. I also see them parked in rows both at the dealership and in an overflow lot - I counted hundreds of them, but they all still sticker way too much. Friends had a reservation in for one of the $60K models, I wonder if those reservations will

To me the answer is obvious. The teams need to Abandon NASCAR. Think CART/IRL. Blow it up and let the France Mob sink with their irredeemable ship.

While I am aware of this, it’s a quote, and has been used incorrectly enough over the last 50 years that you knew exactly what they meant by it.

The man was the master of the form.

This is baffling. The idea that a $100000 truck is unable to withstand an average adult standing on the hitch is fucking amazing. On the upside, everyone other than the Tesla stans have figured out that the Cybertruck is a complete POS, and inventory is starting to stack up as nobody wants them anymore.

Donnie gonna screw USA contractors and de-fund the U.S. military when he withdraws everything from Ukraine.

“I was watching! I saw the whole thing. First it started falling over. Then it fell over.”

I think there may be a language barrier here... the car is built using traditional coach building techniques so metal panels on a wooden frame, but that's not what the Americans call a frame. It just forms the body which then goes on a steel chassis - what the Americans would call a frame.

Heading over to my dad’s house in an hour to finish replacing the throttle cable on our 1986 Plus 4. Upholstry could use a refresh, but otherwise running great. Oh, and it’s one of the Iris ones that runs on propane

Inevitably stolen/unregistered, but hopefully has prints on it that will help.

There are plenty of old ones out there starting at about 20K and then going up fast from there. Bring a Trailer has about four a month on their auction site.

Even the Panther was good for a bit over 60 MPH in reverse (and in testing by Car & Driver, a Town Car was only like half a second slower going 0-60 in reverse than going forward).

Depends on the vehicle.

The original Ford GT40 Mk.2 427 with the 4-speed ZF transaxle could do 100MPH in reverse.

Now playing

Apparently the driver never watched the Rockford Files

Having a gun with them fits their MO as it will likely increase their charges.
