“Built to survive stranded for 2 months” is essentially my body type. My ancestors did a fantastic job tailoring our lineage to survive food scarcity and tough times. My body is so fucking efficient at packing away every stray calorie for a rainy day that basically an apocalyptic event is my only shot at a six-pack.

I would love to see an American police officer try to get into my Porsche with full gear. XD

That whole engine block thing might concern me if I was a cop.

Yeah but you’d look awesome

Electrocuted, then fried when salt water hits those batteries. Some many issues with police EVs.

Uhh, this article is about Tesla Model 3s and not a sports car.

I did get arrested once by a Texas DPS trooper in a Mustang. I got to sit up front, thankfully.

“AI Journalism”

Most people vastly underestimate how much of the average department’s equipment and uniform standards is up to the whims of the politically appointed chief.

well then we need some Bussard collectors too

Nope, not a single duck was given.

Unfortunately, California is not all in on an ICE Porsche future, planning to ban the sale of non-Porsche cars starting in 2035.

A Tesla is a sports car? The roadster? Oh, nevermind.

I don’t know any bikers, but it has always seemed logical to me that the two up-pointed fingers are a “rabbit ears” sign that bikers use as a good-natured boast of the tremendous speed of their motorcycles, seeing as rabbits are known as a fast animal, unlike a turtle.   I still haven’t heard a better theory.

Owned a 2000 SC2, basic, basic car. It had AC, PS, PB, AM/FM. It had 20k exactly when I bought it, drive the heck out of it, spent $1.87 in fixing a tire rotation gone wrong. Great car. That third door was very handy.

But what about the Honda Element? The vehicle  who said I see you and raise you.

I bought a new 2001 Saturn SC2 back in 2000 and it served me well for 12 years. The only issues I ever had with it were the sunroof motor burned out (covered under warranty) and I had a weird issue where the tail light was constantly burning out. Also fixed under warranty.

I had a 97 SC2, the last full year before the bonus door. It was a fully optioned model with the manual transmission. I got it in 2008 from the original owner with only 36k miles on it. kept it till 2017 and it only had 60k miles by then. Current owner still garages it and cares for it. Most people had a hard time

They’d run small turbo-prop passenger planes out of my hometown for regional connecting flights when I was a kid.  I used to love sitting in the back of the plane because of the turbulence. :D

Obviously the bug didn’t know it was in first class, but once informed of that by the flight attendant, I’m sure it would have been happy to make its way to the back of the plane where it belonged and where the passengers would not have been shocked to find it.
