Google: “Anyway, the browser codebase pretty much everyone uses will now prevent blocking online ads, online ads being how we make our money.”

Warner Bros Discovery Paramount WISHES their corporate synergy was as strong as your comment-username synergy.

By the end of 2024 we’ll have three streaming services? All of them unaffordable for too many.
We can’t afford bread. Now they’re taking our circuses too?

You just know somewhere a list is being made of all the Paramount content to delete for no good reason whatsoever.

Certainly her most fun performance. The video and her singing really have to be matched together for the full effect.

One: Darlene Love is amazing.

This makes me so happy. Letterman’s Christmas traditions were firmly part of my personal Christmas traditions. And I can’t sing Oh Holy Night without first singing “oh holy night” in the cher voice.

Now playing

If you watch any of the ‘Favorite moments of the Letterman staff’ on Youtube a good lot of them mention when Darlene was in the house and singing. They said the entire studio was pulled into the spirit whether they wanted to go or not and it was a blast to see them go off.

Ya, I don't get why she's with him.  Makes her look weak, and diminishes her in my eyes.  She took on Lorraine but tolerates her husband?  Doesn't track.

It doesn’t make me feel more sympathy for Indira. If we had some indication that he had some redeeming qualities, y’know, we could feel sorry for her. He could be manipulative, a svengali, or he simply changed. He used to be a good guy, or he’s capable of being a good guy, there’s something in him she sees in him,

I would pay folding money to see Lorraine browbeating Wayne or Danish by saying “Cram it, you ape!” or “You call that a pressed ham???”

And they set up that drumset like: “how would you put a drumset together if you had no idea what you were doing.”

Because, it’s the same tracker (in design) from No Country For Old Men

The actor who plays Lars (whom you may remember from his rimming in season one of The White Lotus) is one of those guys that appeals to certain gay men. (I’m not one of them.) I tend to think that a) he’s better looking in person, b) he has a big dick and c) he’s got a sweet personality.

Riff on the money-tracker in No Country for Old Men.

To me he’s so loathsome that I think the writers might have over-egged it a bit. I don’t doubt that people like him exist in the world, but in this show he feels like a cartoon character. Abusive, unemployed , financially and emotionally draining, just comically awful with no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

I think it’s safe to say they’re in a valley.

I'd Focke-Wulf them down, I would!

Because, to people with absolutely no skin in the game, overspending on passion projects is okay, but overspending on four-quadrant entertainment isn’t.
