There are no good cops to paint in a bad light to begin with. 

It may have been a fix it ticket. I've gotten them for stuff I didn't know was broken. You have 24 hours to get whatever fixed and bring it to the station and they void the ticket.

Yes!!! We went on one cruise and they did have a deck/ pool on it that was 18+. We stuck to that area pretty much the whole time because our kids were at home and we didn't want to be around other people's kids.
