Fuck that's brutal. Also the other reason shingles scares me so much. My grandmother got it near her eyes and it caused her all kinds of issues. She didn't end up with any lingering problems when it cleared up as her case was mild, but I've heard of many who weren't so lucky.

I can look back and see I knew I liked girls as young as 4-5 also. I just didn't understand it then due to my sheltered Christian upbringing. All my old childhood friends said "duh" when I came out lol. I guess it was more obvious than I thought... 

Seeing this has me tearing up. I'm just starting to get support from some of my family. My grandmother is the only one who didn't have any issues and just loved when I came out. My wife doesn't have much from her family either. This is how it should be.
