I got the same message today. They said they couldn’t do any anything about it and that they would refer it to IT and just to keep trying every few days. WTF? Worst customer support I have ever experienced.
I submitted all the paperwork and notarized statement and received email the next day that paperwork wasn’t complete but message did not say what was missing. I called support and they looked at what I uploaded and said it looked complete and they had no idea why it was rejected. They said that they would have to…
