You think? He didn’t volunteer that piece of knowledge until Lawrence starting projecting that Issa was cheating through their whole relationship, and trying to tag Tiffany as a cheater too. I thought Derek used a lot of restraint in that moment.

This episode was really uncomfortable, wasn’t it?
Lawrence is prototypical Nice Guy™️, he read the temperature of the room and needed Issa to know it wasn’t like that... Because he can’t not be viewed as nice. Same reason he went to Tashas cookout he ain’t want to, same reason he invited coworker bae because she was embarrassed earlier. But then... When hos nice guy…
That’s a good point. When taken to it’s logical extreme, Christianity has an almost impossible goal. But so does Islam, and Bhuddism, and lots of religions. Robert Browning (a decided NON-religious person) said it best I think.:“Ah, but a man’s reach should exceed his grasp, Or what’s a heaven for”
I just wonder what she thought was gonna happen when she released this still.
“Lemonade. Cosplay”
Taylor Swift is the musical equivalent of Fireball Whiskey...popular..artificially sweet..terrible.
Dayum Denzel was fine back in the day!
Molly wants fairy-tale love as opposed to real life love. That’s what her parents have, but she doesn’t appreciate that because it’s not the story she’s always told herself.
Agreed. I don’t think that Chad was the right person for the convo that Lawrence had with Derek. Chad’s fast talking azz would’ve just zoomed right past any nuggets of wisdom to the mess he’s usually spouting about Law being “out in these streets”. I think Derek was the right one. He didn’t excuse Issa cheating, but…
YES. Even open relationships have rules. I refuse to believe Candice would be ok with him fucking a lifelong friend like, nah....
Umm, you are a LIE good sir. Derek’s point isn’t that Issa gets a pass because Lawrence was a bum, but that he needs to recognize that he isn’t blameless. Wayward dick isn’t the only way to hurt someone in a relationship. Lawrence was guilty of neglecting her LOOOOOONG before she cheated. Should she have just broken…
Great point about Daniel and Issa. Lawrence could have been all the way together, and Daniel could have still caught Issa at a weak moment. The unemployment didn’t help, but Daniel has had the juice from jump.
*with hand claps in between*
hehe nope, you’re not alone madam.
Or you’re surreptitiously proficient at bullet-dodging.
I just fell out at your comment. I feel like randomly saying BITCH YOU ATE A COUCH all weekend.
