Edit: Also, 2d animation is still being innovated on. Programs like harmony have the ability to keyframe and tween 2d art, allowing for partially computer animated 2d.
Mob and Orange are fantastic. I would recommend checking out Re:Zero. Where as Berserk, not so fantastic IMO.
