Cool stuff. Kinda bizarre that Prospero (in 1997) laid the first foundation for the Steam platform but was only fully developed (the Steam part) in 2003. Makes me wonder how the games industry would look if Steam was released in 97.
I never understand how someone would 'learn' about communism, and would go 'oh, that's kind of cool... too bad it just ruins everything'. Communism is fine as long as there are no capitalists.
Imagine being in a Russian room. In this Russian Room, there is a Cuban window, which looks into a Chinese studio. Now image that there is a Vietnamese musician sitting in that studio and image yourself watching that musician sing in a north-Korean accent while wearing an Occulus Rift.

I still await the moment when computers have enough VRAM to just pump up the amount and detail on the terrain (mostly trees) in long-range distances. Notice how darn pretty the trees look up close and how lifeless they look from afar. Still pretty though, dontgetmewrong.
Looks very nice. Almost make s me want to install again.
Yes! This site needs more Fallout. (every site needs more Fallout)
Usually when I replay Torment I hail it as the greatest cRPG. Right now I'm at the Copper Coronet (playing BG2 for the xx'th time) so BG2 is up there atm. Good point though.
Well, I remember waiting 8 years for Dragon Age: Origins after Throne of Baal came out in 2001. It was supposed to revitalize isometric RPG's and be the 'spiritual successor' to Baldurs Gate 2. Now while Dragon Age was a nice cRPG, it certainly didn't live up to being the 'spiritual successor' of the best cRPG ever.…
